1. The Agreement
By using Kriya Commerce, you agree to these terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a business, that business also accepts these terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Your Account
You may need a Kriya account to use our services. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your password secure and your business information accurate.
3. Service Usage
We provide enterprise-grade tools for retail operations. You agree not to misuse our services or help anyone else do so. This includes attempting to access our systems using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.
4. Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in a separate written agreement.
5. Termination
You can stop using our services at any time. Kriya Commerce also reserves the right to suspend or end the services at any time at our discretion and without notice.
